Born into modest beginnings, Ricardo Carbajal spent over 30 years navigating the complex world of supply chain and lean manufacturing. Over the course of his career, he developed deep expertise in using software like SAP PRL, APO, MRP, AS400, JDE, advanced MS Excel and more, while spearheading continuous improvements that reduced inventory, increased production efficiency, and boosted profitability.
But beyond logistics and numbers, his journey has always been about people, about resilience, adaptation, and hope. Bilingual in Spanish and English, he often found himself bridging not just languages, but worlds: teams across countries, cultures, and disciplines. Through years of solving problems, optimizing systems, and making tough decisions, he learned empathy, perseverance, and the power of human spirit.
